Replacing Bad Audio in Camtasia

Date November 20, 2008

Sometimes when putting a Camtasia video together you end up with audio soooo bad you simply can’t use it. You’ve got good video, great content, but the assault on your viewers ears prohibits using your existing audio track…

In this QuickTip, I’ll show you how to get around the limitation in Camtasia Studio 5x and earlier versions where the audio and video are “married” together making it difficult to replace the offensive audio track.

    Hey Lon,

    I just got Camtasia 6, and I love it…

Thanks for the tips on the audio, I just used the
voice narration feature yesterday, and it works
great, then I used the siccors and cut 10 minutes
of dead space, and that really came out nice…

The new mp4 format, is looking better than the old
    flash, I’m impressed…

Great Video, Lon, I always love your stuff,
    keep rockin it!

    Best Wishes,
    Jeff Davis
