I use and HIGHLY RECOMMEND PowerPoint 2010. You can use the graphic image in earlier versions but you CANNOT do the easy video embed OR exporting as a video that 2010 makes possible.

Now…generally I don’t associate the words “screen” and “toast” used in the same breath as being a positive thing but this interesting completely web-based app seems like it has some promise.

I almost always try to put some kind of visual spark to keep the video interesting. Lots of folks have asked me where to get graphics to use for this little tactic. I have several sources but here’s one that’s fun, interesting, and has just released a “Commercial” account membership so you can use them for marketing and commercial purposes.

ImageChef offers some creative ways to customize stock images with whatever text (and/or images) you like. It’s a quick and easy way to whip up a “just right” message into a nice image you can put into Camtasia videos, PowerPoint slides, post to web and social sites…cool!

This guy (fungun1970) has pulled this off by basically tricking people into watching at least some of his video by taking a brilliant Title:

“full version tina fey as sara palin saturday night live”

And using Tags:
“tina fey sara palin saturday night live hillary clinton amy poller”

Certainly, a VERY popular bit of content, right? WRONG!

I will only waste 29 seconds of your time for you to find out why…I would risk the copyright infringement but I’d be curious to see what kind of clicks he’s getting to his MySpace page!
